Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG for love, tradition and passion

We have chosen to work only grapes from the high hillsides because the environment is the main ingredient for a good Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG. Starting from an excellent raw material allows us to minimize processing in the cellar and to obtain an authentic Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, which is steeped in the history of the territory itself.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG - Brut

Fresh and fragrant, of the three Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG wines that we offer, this is certainly the most traditional example. The low sugar level highlights the citrus notes and the persistent minerality.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG – Extra Dry

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG par excellence, the ambassador of our terroir: the fruity aromas and the perfect balance between residual sugar and acidity are the result of the privileged position of the vineyards, exposed to the sun, with temperature changes and soil which is rich in clay and limestone.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG – Dry - DELìGO

"Delìgo" from the Latin "chosen", because selection of the grapes, the vintage and the position are important factors that give the wine its personal character. For our Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Dry we select the most fragrant grapes at harvest time.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG – Colfondo – NOTAE

This is the Prosecco of our daily lives, with its origins in an age before the arrival of the modern autoclaves used for the Martinotti method. This is the DOCG Prosecco that speaks of our land: variable and pleasantly unpredictable.

L’ALDO

This is the Colfondo of our grandparents, the traditional wine. At the dining table, our grandfather Aldo would always have a bottle of his colfondo: honest and “rough”, just like his hands after a day's work.
