The Tasting Notes: "Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and fine bubbles. On the nose, notes of Williams pear, hay flowers, and chamomile. Precise and refreshing acidity on the palate, with a harmonious finish."

Our "Rive" is the purest expression of our land: a sip that tells the story of the elegance, freshness, and unique minerality of the Rive di Colbertaldo.

Something immense and prehistoric roams our hills... and it's waiting for you right here at Col del Lupo.

From now on, visitors will be greeted by a gigantic creature, a guardian from another time watching over our winery. It's not a mirage, but the magnificent work of art created by street artist Diego Montagner.

This imposing mural is not just a decoration; it's a tribute to the discovery of the remains of one of these prehistoric giants, found right here in Colbertaldo di Vidor, just a few steps away from us, in 1974. At the time, this mammoth was given a name: Gaetano.

Today, while the original remains are kept at the Museum of Crocetta del Montello, their story lives on in this work of art.

the last months have been quite tough. We need a break in order to spend some more time with our families, but we'll come back with some news.

We are closed on 25th-26th December and on 1st January. Except for those dates, during the Christmas period we will be open for visits and tasting.

The past year has been extremely challenging for tourism businesses: we had to stop, to change our hospitality and we restarted stronger than before. That's why we are particularly happy to receive this award and we want to share our joy with you.
